These Terms govern access to Butcen web and Android services. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Service

Butcen helps you track personal finances (income, expenses, budgets, assets and related tools). It is not a bank, payment institution or investment advisor.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, including sub-users you create.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt unauthorized access, abuse APIs or disrupt the service
• Do not upload unlawful content
• Do not reverse engineer beyond what law allows

4. Market data

FX, gold, silver and stock figures are informational only and may be delayed or incomplete. They are not investment advice.

5. Availability

We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Features may change.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Butcen is not liable for decisions you make based on app data or third-party rate sources. See also the Disclaimer.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; the date above will change. Continued use means acceptance of updates.
