Yes. Web and Android versions are free; no hidden fees or required subscriptions.
Where do rates come from — are they current?
On this English page we show major global FX pairs (EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/JPY and more) plus gold and silver priced in USD. Rates refresh about every 5 minutes. The Android/web app can also show local markets where relevant. Data is informational only — not investment advice.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Butcen uses end-to-end encryption: amounts, notes and account names are encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM; the server only stores ciphertext. Without your password, nobody (including us) can read the content. Biometric lock adds protection on Android.
Do web and mobile sync?
Yes. With the same account, transactions, budgets and assets sync across devices in near real time.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Download transactions and accounts as Excel-friendly CSV, and share advanced reports as PDF.
What does Butcen AI do?
Describe income or spending in plain language; the assistant drafts a transaction with category and account. Voice quick-entry is supported. AI quotas may depend on your plan.
Can my family or bookkeeper share the account?
